Customer walks in
Walk-in, WhatsApp message, or a booking from your website link. The same bike will never be double-booked.
Aadhaar scan
Scan Aadhaar or passport from your phone — details fill in within 3 seconds. Repeat customer? Just enter the phone number and old details show up.
Hand over the bike
Odometer, fuel, photos, signature, deposit — all on one screen. A signed rental agreement is sent to the customer on WhatsApp.
Return and bill
Bike is back. Damage, late fee, extra km — all calculated. A GST bill PDF goes to the customer on WhatsApp.
Daily reconciliation
At the end of the day, tally the cash counter. P&L report ready. Each branch sees its own; the owner sees everything.
