Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Velosta platform operated by Velosta Technologies ("Velosta"). By using the platform you accept these Terms.

1. Subscription

Access to Velosta requires an active subscription. Subscription tiers, fleet limits, branch counts, and integration scope are agreed via a written quote.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including reverse-engineering, attempting unauthorised access, scraping at volumes that disrupt service, or using Velosta to send unsolicited messages.

3. Your customers' data

You are responsible for collecting valid consent from your renters before uploading their identification documents to Velosta. You confirm you have the authority to process this data and to add renters to the opt-in cross-vendor blacklist when applicable.

4. Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, and force majeure events may cause downtime.

5. Termination

You may terminate at the end of your billing cycle. We may terminate for material breach with notice. On termination, you may export your data; after 30 days, PII is permanently purged.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velosta's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
